Carmel, IN — Hamilton County Pediatric Dentistry (HCPD) has launched its redesigned website. The new site makes it easier for patients to access important information about our kids’ dental services and Dr. Laura Juntgen.
We’ve also improved the site navigation, added features to improve the user experience, and elevated the site’s design to better match the inviting environment patients experience in the office.
Some of the significant upgrades you’ll love include:
- Online patient forms and paperwork,
- Enhanced mobile design,
- Updated brand and visuals,
- Expanded service descriptions, and
- FAQs.
Additionally, over on our new site’s blog, Dr. Juntgen is writing articles with helpful tips for keeping your kids’ teeth healthy as well as practice updates and unique insights about HCPD’s child-centered approach that sets us apart from other pediatric dentist offices.

Why was now the right time to invest in a website redesign?
Juntgen: After celebrating a decade of practice, we were ready for some upgrades. After the aesthetics of our brand and office were updated, it was a natural next step to revamp our website to match. The new site’s design is bright, clean, and inviting, and its refreshed content better shows off our personality and attention to detail.
How will the new site improve the website user experience?
Juntgen: Our redesigned site offers a glimpse into the Hamilton County Pediatric Dentistry experience. From scheduling an appointment to treatment planning, it guides patients through the dental appointment process and offers tools for comprehensive and quality care.
What are some of its most exciting new improvements?
Juntgen: The site’s brand-new online forms are a standout. Through our updated site, patients (new and existing) will be able to complete forms digitally. This will improve the visit efficiency, improve accuracy, and cut down on paper waste.
The redesigned site also includes a Google Map to help new families locate our office. Some of the favorite features of our old website have also been included, such as click-to-pay and treatment descriptions.
How does the new website support your mission goals?
Juntgen: One of HCPD’s main goals is to empower our patients and support the community. The new website will allow us to spotlight some pretty incredible kids and community outreach events.
What’s next for HCPD?
Juntgen: With the completion of the office update, brand refresh, and website upgrade, we’re excited to move into our next phase of growth. Be on the lookout for technology updates and new educational resources on our blog.
